Old Kumano-kaido Road lead along Ouchiyama-gawa River, which is small but
beautiful river with clean water and riverside. |

There are some sections with Japanese-style houses along this trail. Though
just short section, you can enjoy atmospher of Old Kumano-kaido Road. |

There are stone statue of jizo and small shrines beside the road. They
are very small and not special, but people living near them have taken
care of them. |

In Aso area, there is Takisho-ji Temple with big cherry tree. You may enjoy its beautiful flower in early april.

A tall night-light in Ouchiyama area. Not some historical sites remain
along the trail.
